- For a refund request to be considered valid, a user is required to made such a request through mail to email@example.com or a call to our helpline number: +91 9999311087. The refund will be made into the source account/payment mode.
- In case of any product dissatisfaction or suggestions to improve your experience, please reach out to our Customer Engagement Manager (CEM). We endeavour to make your experience unique and engaging. If you still decide to discontinue the service and cancel the subscription, SkilledWise offers a ‘No questions asked’ pro-rated refund. The refund will be made into the source account.
- Once the refund has been initiated, the refund amount is expected to reflect as per the payment method.
- For Credit cards/ Debit cards/ other modes: Refund will be processed on the same day & is expected to be credited in 5 - 7 business days.
Note: If the customer has availed EMI options, refund will be done based on the EMI instalment(s) paid, including surcharges and other fees applicable.
